This is a great option for those who need assistance in their health journey. This includes more frequent check ins with your coach and customized workouts and macros set in app. We will check in every 2 weeks through our NWA Body Balance app and I can make changes to your plan based on your goals and progress. We will also visit on the phone monthly and make sure we have you right on track!

This is the most requested 1:1 coaching option. Not only will you get a customized workout plan, macros and calculated calories . . you will also get a detailed meal plan. Meal plans include a shopping list, cooking instructions AND calories/macros. We will check in every weekly through our NWA Body Balance app and I can make changes to your plan based on your goals and progress. We will also visit on the phone every 2 weeks to hold you the most accountable. With this plan, your coach will also be available via video chat and to review your progress tracking as you request. As often as needed! Welcome to the NWA Body Balance virtual coaching app. This will give our patients an opportunity to work more on their nutrition and fitness through 1:1 virtual coaching. From personalized nutrition plans and detailed workout programs, this program has it it all. Through our NWA Body Balance app, you will have the ability to log food, water, steps and exercise all in one place. Our app will also help you log your weight, measurements and pictures so that we can see the progress as your body changes. Whether you are doing this along with our in clinic weight loss program or just joining us to better your health through virtual coaching, I am so very excited you have trusted us to help you reach your goals!
